You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold,
redistributed or used for any commercial purpose (‘commercial purpose’ includes, but is not limited
to, the use of advertiser contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence).
You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided
you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any
material from this Site, including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose
that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction
tools on this Site for establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on
our Site on your own website or in any other publication.
You acknowledge and agree that information published by Jobm8 is intended to provide general
information in summary form on market insights, legal and other issues. Jobm8 does not warrant
the accuracy or completeness of such information. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the
accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other
information provided through the Site or on the Internet generally. In no event will Jobm8 be liable
to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance
upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.
Job Content
The jobs surfaced in Jobm8’s search results, or linked from those results, have been created
either using third parties’ content over which Jobm8 exercises limited or no control or are posted
directly by third parties using the Site. Jobm8’s job search results are indexed in an automated
manner and Jobm8 does not review, critique or screen the jobs. Jobm8 assumes no responsibility
for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in Jobm8’s search results or
linked to by Jobm8. Jobm8 does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs, business or self-
employment opportunities advertised on its Site and Jobm8 strongly recommends that prior to
entering into any agreement with any of the Advertisers on the Site, that you obtain your own
independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice as appropriate.
Our rights to use information you send us
Jobm8 welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that
Jobm8 may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any
materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that
you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by
email to Jobm8. (Please read our privacy policy for more information as to how we deal with
information you send to us.)

The Jobm8 services, and all materials, information, products and services included in the Jobm8
services are provided “as is,” with no warranties whatsoever. Jobm8 expressly disclaims to the
fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without
limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
of proprietary rights. Jobm8 disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness,
and performance of the Jobm8 services. Jobm8 disclaims any warranties for any information or
advice obtained through the Jobm8 services. Jobm8 disclaims any warranties for services or
goods received through or advertised on the Jobm8 services or received through any links
provided by Jobm8, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in
the Jobm8 services.
You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use
of Jobm8 services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any
damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material
or data.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Jobm8 be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse
of or reliance on the Jobm8 services. Under no circumstances shall Jobm8 be liable to any user
for any claim relating to recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary,
and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including
negligence), or otherwise, (even if Jobm8 have been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and
reliance on the Jobm8 services, from inability to use the Jobm8 services, or from the interruption,
suspension, or termination of the Jobm8 services (including such damages incurred by third
parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other
services or goods received through or advertised on the Jobm8 services or received through any
links provided in the Jobm8 services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received
through or advertised on the Jobm8 services or received through any links provided in the Jobm8
services. This limitation shall also apply to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or
services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the
performance or non-performance of the Jobm8 services or any information or merchandise that
appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, the Jobm8 services. Such limitation shall apply
notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of

General Terms of Product
“Featured Jobs” and “Company Logos” shall be collectively referred to as “Product”.
All logos and content are subject to approval from Jobm8. We reserve the right to reject any
logo or content that we deem unsuitable for the Site.
Advertisers must provide any image and/or logo specifications as per the Product
specifications that can be provided upon request.
Cancellation, refund or deferment of a trial or plan is not permitted unless otherwise agreed
mutually by both parties.
Featured Jobs may appear at the top of a search results page where the candidate
search results query matches that of the Advertisers Job Ad or otherwise on the search
results page. Where there is no set search query Jobm8 site will randomly allocate the
Featured Jobs for the search.
General
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the
remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this
agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
Jobm8 reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice.
The laws governing these Terms will be the laws in Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of Queensland.
